YOU… fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years) have successfully completed training in Electrical Engineering (e.g., technician) or a comparable qualification have hands-on experience with cabling and connection technologies such as crimping, clamping, and soldering are familiar with electrical integration, including connectors, grounding systems, and wiring have experience using mechanical assembly tools like torque tools and fastening systems are experienced in handling measurement and test equipment, including sensor systems and temperature measurement tools ideally have knowledge of ESA-certified processes in electrical and mechanical integration have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus and a collaborative approach
