Job Summary Responsible for implementing RE(Retail Environment) strategy and action for Home Center, Pet Shop, e-Commerce and Breeder channels. Execute and track 7P strategy and actions at each RE Responsible for leading and supporting RCD(Retail Category Development) for Home Center, Pet Shop, e-Commerce and Breeder channels. Create in-store tools (POP / Leaflet / etc) Execute and track key customer actions Analysis and measuring data and promotions Responsible for leading Field Succession for Home Center, Pet Shop, e-Commerce and Breeder channels. Build and track Store coverage plan for Pet territory manager and Field Merchandiser Manage Field merchandising agency Duties and Responsibilities 10% support implementing RE strategy Communicate effectively with the CD team to support the implementation and ensure them understands of the 7P strategy and action plans (ex.explain the strategy, clarify the actions and providing necessary training & education) Work closely with CD, find barriers and solutions for the improvement of their actions Track the KPIs of the 7P strategy and actions, inform the issues and opportunities for optimization 40% Lead and Support RCD Manage key customer programs such as Field Merchandiser and Nutrition Consultant Work closely with CD, find barriers and solutions for the improvement of their actions Support JVC planning and business reporting to the key customers Track the KPIs of the key customer plans, inform the issues and opportunities for optimization Analysis promotion and Campaign ROI across focus Channels and establish feedback to optimize. Create in-store tools including digital (POP / Leaflet / etc) and communicate with agencies. analysis and creating a Planogram. (Analysis of POS data and ID-POS, Intage SRI data ) 40% Lead Field succession Build and track store visit plans. Conduct analysis to achieve appropriate results and implement improvement plans. Build appropriate communication with the field merchandiser agency to implement optimal field plans. Communicate with PTM (pet territory manager) to implement optimal field plans. 10% Others Administrative work associated with the areas of responsibilities Follows the other requests of the supervisor within the area of responsibilities *This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions. Education/ Experience Requirements BA degree. 5+ years experience in similar roles in sales / customer development and trade / retail / customer marketing. Skills/Knowledge Skill set to implement RE strategy and customer plans based on deep understanding of respective REs, customers, shoppers and category. Analytics skills (POS / ID-POS / Promotion ROI / Campaign) Planogram. Strong project management / leadership skills which will enable cross-functional collaboration to develop and deliver robust commercial plans.
