Your new responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the Ceramic Assembly Line to achieve production output, quality, and cycle time targets. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. Monitor daily production performance and initiate corrective actions when required. Supervise and develop operators, technicians, and production support personnel. Conduct daily shift meetings and performance reviews. Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with work instructions, control plans, operating procedures, and customer requirements. Lead containment and escalation activities for process deviations and quality incidents. Support qualification, technology transfer, and production ramp-up activities for Ceramic Assembly operations. Coordinate closely with Process Engineering during equipment installation, validation, and process qualification. Support engineering builds and new product introduction activities. Ensure manufacturing readiness for volume production. Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Lightbulb and productivity improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and availability. Monitor equipment performance and support preventive maintenance activities Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Project Teams to achieve business objectives. Support audits, customer visits, and operational reviews. Provide regular reporting on production performance and operational risks Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Min 5 years’ experience in semiconductor or electronics industry Experienced in wafer saw/dicing, die attach/bonding, wire/lead bonding, hermetic sealing process.
