About The Role
Your opportunity: Consulting – Financial Crime / Forensic / Advisory
Applications are now open to join our New Zealand team for the 2027 Graduate Program intake.
We are looking for a graduate to join our fast-growing New Zealand team. The successful applicant will help support a range of client projects, gaining experience with major corporate and public sector clients in New Zealand. You’ll work closely with Financial Crime, Forensic, and Advisory experts, developing skills in risk management, regulatory compliance, investigations, and advisory work on commercial and policy matters.
You’ll also have the chance to work alongside senior leaders throughout the company, benefit from mentorship, and play an important part in growing our New Zealand practice.
What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate in our New Zealand team, you’ll be part of a diverse team and will learn the specialist skills and methodologies to become an experienced advisor across multiple functions. While no two days will be the same, you can expect to:   
- conduct research on current issues and trends
- attend client and internal meetings
- research new opportunities and assist with the presentation of proposals
- assist in report writing
- assist with business and practice development 
But it’s not all about work. You’ll be given a buddy to help you navigate office life as you settle in. You’ll choose a mentor who will help guide your career. We host regular events and activities, bringing together our close-knit team in a friendly and relaxed environment so you can get to know the people behind the professionals.
You will be a recent graduate or student in your final year of study and will have: 
- a relevant degree with strong academic results.
- a razor-sharp eye for detail and advanced critical thinking skills.
- excellent analytical skills, with an ability to think outside-the-box.
- great communication skills and enjoys working in a team.
- eligibility to live and work in New Zealand  (New Zealand citizens and permanent residents only).
