Assistant Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and product awareness.
• Manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new social media tools.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.

Requirements

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (3+ years).
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to measure campaign success.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
