  • Act as primary point of contact for new and existing clients, managing inbound enquiries across all channels (LinkedIn, website, referrals)
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support sales with prospects through expertise and demo activities
  • Monitor client volumes and activity, implement performance metrics, and proactively engage at-risk clients to ensure retention
  • Onboarding & Account Administration:
  • Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding — KYC/Due Diligence, account opening pack, liaison with Compliance for client acceptance — through to operational readiness
  • Manage account lifecycle changes including amendments and closures, and follow up on cash reconciliation discrepancies

  • Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Compliance to resolve client queries and follow-up items
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Organise regular client review meetings and produce delivery status / satisfaction reports
  • Maintain departmental procedures in line with internal policy and regulatory changes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Support audit planning, finding rectification work, and log identified risk events through appropriate channels
  • 2–6 years of experience in institutional sales within a bank, broker, or financial institution
  • Proven track record in relationship management, including onboarding institutional clients and developing long-term partnerships
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and institutional client needs, including brokerage, FX, derivatives, and credit-related products
  • Familiarity with MiFID and broader EU regulatory frameworks; knowledge of electronic trading platforms (Bloomberg, Integral, 360T) is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages considered an advantage
  • Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue-driven, target-based outcomes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage sophisticated institutional clients across different audiences
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently while contributing to team objectives
