Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking enterprise clients, managing their inquiries and service requests.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in a client relationship management role, particularly with enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of business solutions and consulting practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, emphasizing relationship-building.
Self-motivated with effective organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
