Requirements

Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or digital retail field.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
