Norwegian Speaking Game Chat Moderator -Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Game Chat Moderator to come on board and help maintain a friendly and secure environment in our online gaming community. In this role, you will be essential in monitoring chat interactions, encouraging respectful communication, and enforcing community standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-game chat and player interactions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety measures.
• Actively engage with players to cultivate a respectful and inclusive community atmosphere.
• Quickly identify and address any inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist players with inquiries related to chat moderation policies.
• Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and report significant incidents effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve player experience and community engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated through ongoing training on moderation tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in online moderation, community management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with gaming culture and community interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to respond calmly in high-pressure situations.
• Detail-oriented and responsible in overseeing online content.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to enhancing the community experience.
