Responsibilities

Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking business clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Accurately document all interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring best practices are followed.
Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot complex business inquiries and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a business or corporate context.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on client service.

Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software tools.
