Responsibilities

Provide top-notch support to Spanish-speaking customers through live chat, email, and phone communications.
Address customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support with expertise.
Promote product features and benefits to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to optimize service quality and offerings.
Engage with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Keep abreast of industry trends and new automotive developments to provide informed advice to customers.
Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and future reference.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Genuine interest in automotive products and trends.
Outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
