Join Our Maintenance & Reliability Team

  • Are you an experienced electrician who enjoys solving complex electrical problems and keeping critical equipment
  • running at peak performance? We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support the
  • maintenance, repair, installation, and optimization of electrical and automated systems in a fast-paced industrial
  • environment.
  • In this role, you will work alongside maintenance professionals, engineers, and operations teams to troubleshoot
  • equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support automation systems that keep production
  • moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical malfunctions in machinery and industrial systems to minimize

downtime.

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, and cleaning of motors, panels, wiring, and

electrical components.

  • Install, test, and calibrate electrical equipment, conduit, and control panels using blueprints and technical

schematics.

  • Work with PLCs, sensors, motor starters, drives, and industrial automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety standards.

Common Duties

  • Conduct routine testing to identify issues before equipment failures occur.
  • Replace relays, switches, motors, and other electrical components.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records.
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production teams to improve reliability.
  • Experience or training in the Electrician world
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Previous experience as a maintenance electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical schematics.
  • Proficiency using multimeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
