The Executive, Training & Education (Digital Content Development & Projects) supports the development, digitalisation, and quality assurance of educational content. The role coordinates projects involving e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and other learning resources, working with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, budget adherence, and effective project documentation and evaluation.

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Digital Learning and Education Content Development

  • Coordinate the digitalisation and development of e-learning modules, videos, presentation materials, learner resources, facilitator materials, and other educational content.
  • Work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and vendors to translate learning needs and source materials into engaging, accessible, and appropriate digital resources.
  • Develop or coordinate scripts, storyboards, graphics, quizzes, interactive activities, job aids, and other materials for asynchronous and blended learning.
  • Coordinate content review, editorial checks, quality assurance, accessibility, version control, approval, and final handover for publication.
  • Maintain organised repositories of source files, approved learning assets, review records, and master copies.

B. Education Project Management

  • Coordinate the digitalisation project from planning through implementation and completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, contracts, risk logs, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible stakeholders and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and the funder, where required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Multimedia, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, content development, multimedia production, or project coordination.
  • Experience in developing and coordinating e-learning modules, videos, and digital learning resources.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop, edit, and review educational content.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia editing software, accessibility standards, and content management practices.
  • Experience in graphic design, video production, storyboarding, animation, or digital content creation is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be offered a 3 years contract and can expect a monthly basic salary up to $3,800, commensurate with experience.
