[What you will be working on]

The Product Manager is accountable for defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital products that advance IPOS’ strategic outcomes. The role drives modern product practices, aligns business and technology priorities, and delivers meaningful improvements in service quality, operational efficiency and organisational capability through data, technology and AI.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to shape the next generation of digital products that power Singapore's IP ecosystem. You will lead the strategy, discovery and delivery of mission-critical products that improve how intellectual property services are delivered, while helping IPOS become a more data-driven, AI-enabled and digitally mature organisation.

What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for key digital products and platforms.

• Work closely with business, policy, operations, design and engineering teams to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Lead product discovery to uncover user needs, identify opportunities and prioritise the highest-value initiatives.
• -
• Drive delivery through agile, multidisciplinary teams using modern product practices.
• -
• Use data, experimentation and user insights to continuously improve products and services.
• -
• Build alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels of the organisation.
• -
• Coach and develop product management capabilities across teams.

What We're Looking For

• -
• Proven experience leading complex digital products, platforms or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• -
• Strong product strategy, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• -
• Ability to translate user needs, operational challenges and organisational priorities into clear product outcomes.
• -
• Experience working with cross-functional teams spanning product, design, engineering and business stakeholders.
• -
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful trade-offs between user value, delivery constraints, technology and risk.
• -
• Experience in government, regulated sectors, AI-enabled products, enterprise platforms or large-scale service transformation will be an advantage.
