We are seeking an experienced hands-on DevOps Team Leader with a strong background in Cloud architecture to lead our DevOps team supporting R&D development, infrastructure, and tools. This is a playing-captain role: you will combine technical leadership and team mentorship with direct, hands-on contribution, owning, designing, and executing critical technical projects yourself.

We are looking for someone with a deep passion for the DevOps domain who is eager to drive architecture decisions and guide the team in exploring and adopting new technologies.

The position is a hybrid position that requires working from our office in TLV three days a week.

Your day to day

Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing Scrum team of DevOps engineers while remaining actively hands-on with technical tasks and projects.

Hands-on ownership and oversight of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to guarantee product quality and system stability across developer workflows.

Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure (Kubernetes, MongoDB, Elastic, etc.) directly and alongside the team to support R&D initiatives.

Manage and automate internal and 3rd-party tools powering our physical datacenter (~500 servers) for development and testing.

Act as a technology champion, keeping the team ahead of cloud and microservices trends while driving the adoption of AI tools to boost velocity and productivity.

What you bring

8+ years of total experience in DevOps/Engineering, including at least 3 years as a DevOps Team Leader.

4+ years of experience with cloud solutions and architecture.

Proven background in Linux, Git, Jenkins, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and CM / IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Hands-on experience with AI tools and a track record of adopting them to improve workflow efficiency.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Your education

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
