The Lakewood Courtyard is looking for compassionate and dependable Med Techs to join our assisted living team!

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide compassionate personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
• Follow individualized care plans and help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Work collaboratively under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Wellness Director, or supervisor.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CMA certification.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Understanding and respect for the aging process.

Shift

Full-time, Part time or Per Diem 3:00pm-11:00pm
