You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates.

Role Overview

As an Affiliate, you will manage your own clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis. Youwill accept cases referred by Lyra’s global corporate clients, providing short-term, goal-orientedcounseling to employees and their dependents. You will maintain full autonomy over yourpractice, choosing your own hours and case volumes while benefiting from Lyra’s clinical tools,administrative support, and professional training.

Clinical Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, short-term counseling (typically 1 to 8sessions per case) to corporate employees and their families facing stress, burnout,grief, relationship challenges, or mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression.

Evidence-Based Practice: Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as CognitiveBehavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Acceptance andCommitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to an EAP context.

Administrative Compliance: Use Lyra's secure digital platform to manage scheduling,case notes, and global data privacy compliance.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology orClinical Social Work

Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.

Registration: Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinicalsocial worker.

Modality: Proven experience in short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).Psychoanalytic backgrounds are welcome, but you must be able to practice brief, structuredinterventions.

Tech Setup: A secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions.
