Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, ask thoughtful questions, and help identify the right Acura vehicle based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Present Acura models, features, technology, warranties, and ownership benefits in a clear and professional way.
  • Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives while following dealership procedures.
  • Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial inquiry and vehicle selection through final delivery.
  • Use follow-up tools and dealership CRM processes to manage leads, appointments, sold customers, and prospective buyers.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that support repeat business, referrals, and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on Acura inventory, product updates, incentives, financing and leasing options, and market trends.
  • Partner with sales managers, finance, and fellow sales consultants to meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming showroom experience for every customer.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Professional, positive attitude with the ability to build trust and create a great customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Ability to learn vehicle product information, technology features, and dealership sales processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Interest in Acura, luxury vehicles, and the automotive industry is a plus.
