Accountabilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Angular across medium- and high-complexity projects.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution conception and technical design through production deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to the definition of solution architectures, development standards, technical patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, integrations, and scalable application components.
• Develop responsive and maintainable frontend experiences using Angular and complementary web technologies.
• Work with cloud environments and production applications, supporting reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and promote clean code, object-oriented development, componentization, automated testing, and maintainable architecture.
• Integrate applications and services through REST APIs, SOAP web services, messaging systems, and other enterprise integration patterns.
• Investigate application performance issues and contribute to identifying bottlenecks, latency, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives, including microservices, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native practices.
• Communicate technical recommendations clearly, influence stakeholders, and build consensus around effective solutions.
• Proactively identify technical problems and improvement opportunities while balancing delivery deadlines and business priorities.
• Adapt to evolving technologies, architectures, requirements, and dynamic project environments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Java/Angular developer.
• Proven experience developing both frontend and backend applications, including integrations between enterprise systems.
• Strong experience designing and consuming APIs and building scalable services.
• Solid experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Core, Spring Security, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, SOAP web services, Git, and SVN.
• Strong Angular experience, with Angular 4+ considered essential for the role.
• Frontend knowledge including Angular, React, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, JavaScript, SASS, Bootstrap, Angular Material, and related web technologies.
• Experience with Oracle 12c and relational database development.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, componentization, and software design best practices.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Swagger, npm, Bower, Gulp, Material, and Restangular.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Practical experience with cloud environments and applications running in production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
• Proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience working on complex information systems and large-scale software development projects.
• Experience using Dynatrace or similar tools for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience with software architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps environments.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with observability practices, including logging, metrics, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with BDD, Cucumber, or Protractor.
• Knowledge of Sparx, Enterprise Architect, or ArchiMate.
• Experience with Node.js, Nginx, or Express.js.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture documentation and modeling.
