Under the direction of the Manager, Distribution, the VAS Coordinator will work with multiple departments within e.l.f. Beauty, e.l.f. Beauty’s third-party logistics (3PL) providers, vendors, and customers by managing our Value-Added Service (VAS) Programs. The coordinator will work most closely with, but not limited to, all operations and sales departments. The VAS Coordinator will perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Merchandise and VAS Program.
  • Assign, develop, and monitor program information with internal and external customers.
  • Monitor availability of product and component inventory.
  • Coordinate program timing with 3PL and ensure programs are executed on time.
  • Prepare and provide reporting for VAS readiness, completion, execution, and residual inventory.
  • Create and manage yearly VAS Budget, including monthly budget forecast.
  • Execute leadership / interdepartmental requests for product, VAS supplies, or other as needed.
  • Generate, distribute, and monitor all work orders / work instructions.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks based on department goals.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills needed to work with teams both within the US and Internationally.
  • Ability to make recommendations that continuously improve policies and procedures
  • Proficient in Excel, proficiency in NetSuite preferred.
  • College degree with 3-5 years of work experience of listed responsibilities is preferred. Additional work experience may be substituted for college degree.
  • Must be self-motivated, highly detailed oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel to vendor locations within North America.
  • This is an on-site position located in Ontario, California.
