Experience Range
With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Azure development and cloud-native engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and scalable backend services supporting healthcare member journeys
- Build and optimize APIs and microservices on Azure cloud platforms, ensuring high performance and security
- Integrate conversational AI interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation solutions, and AI-powered user experiences
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection controls across APIs and application services
- Integrate enterprise healthcare APIs and data sources to enable provider search, benefits guidance, and cost estimation workflows
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or OpenShift, supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Enhance observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for cloud-native applications
- Write clean, testable, and production-ready code, participate in code reviews, and implement automated testing and quality engineering practices

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent Azure certification
- Certification in AI engineering or cloud-native development (such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is highly desirable
