About The Role
About the RoleThis is a founding-stage role sitting at the heart of a fast-growing personalized health diagnostics startup based in Berlin. You'll work directly with the co-founders to move ideas to production quickly, eliminate manual work through AI and automation, and build the repeatable, measurable systems that improve member outcomes — all within a regulated health context.The engagement is 3–6 months with real potential for conversion to a full-time role based on fit. It's hands-on, technical, and high-impact from day one — low bureaucracy, high ownership.What You'll DoWork directly with founders in a fast-moving environment to ship ideas quickly and reduce operational drag.Automate and eliminate manual ops work using AI, code, and clean processes — not manage tasks by hand.Own customer onboarding and technical setup to move members through the funnel <efficiently.Run> day-to-day operations including acquiring blood testing locations and managing logistics (sample flow, shipping, escalations).Recruit, onboard, and schedule mobile field staff (e.g., mobile nurses).Manage customer support and concierge workflows — handling member requests and action plans.Structure pipelines for product and sales to surface member feedback and patterns to the <team.Build> internal tools and automations using AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, Zapier, and Claude/GPT APIs.Track ops KPIs with SQL (cycle times, error rates, stockouts) and convert ad hoc processes into measurable systems.What We're Looking ForRequired:Strong ownership mindset with a bias to action — hands-on, structured, and clear about process.Proven ability to turn manual processes into measurable, repeatable, automated systems.Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling field staff and managing logistics operations.Technically capable: comfortable with basic SQL, APIs, and building tools with Lovable / Retool / n8n.AI-native: daily use of Claude, GPT, Cursor or similar; automations-first mindset.Strong communication skills in both German and English.Background studying or working in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.Evidence of side projects, prototypes, or code (e.g., GitHub activity).Nice to have:Experience in healthtech or other regulated environments.Prior exposure to early-stage startup or founder-led environments.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation details are available on request.
