Set a new pulse for healthcare!We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Recruiting team in <Paris.As> a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your mission will be to help deliver a positive candidate and interviewer experience, coordinate complex interviews, and contribute to the improvement of our recruiting processes. This role is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in talent acquisition while applying your organisational, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with recruiters, interviewers, candidates, and hiring teams as part of our global Talent Acquisition organisation across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. What you'll doYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:Candidate and interviewer experience: Prepare and send clear, timely communications, including emails, messages, and calendar invitations. Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process, including welcoming candidates and supporting their onsite experience when needed.Interview coordination: Organise interviews for technical and product roles, from online one-to-one interviews and technical assessments to case studies, panel interviews, and onsite interviews. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and ensure that all participants have the information they need.Recruiting process improvement: Contribute ideas and improvements to our interview processes. Help adapt scheduling workflows to meet candidate and business needs, and take ownership of smaller projects that improve the efficiency and quality of our recruitment operations.Recruitment operations: Support the maintenance of interviewer pools, taking availability, expertise, and diversity into account. Contribute to interviewer training and resources that help create consistent and effective interview <experiences.Tools> and documentation: Support the adoption of recruitment and scheduling tools, including speech-to-text solutions, to improve efficiency and <documentation.Data> and reporting: Track scheduling and interview metrics such as time to schedule, time to interview, interview volumes, and declines.
