• What will your challenges be?

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Coordinating briefings, understanding business needs, and partnering with internal teams.
• Following each search closely: pipeline, timing, and candidate experience.
• Using tools like ATS to keep everything clear and organized.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement—and feeling comfortable sharing them.
