LBAPS / Bright Start ABA is looking for a proactive Client Outreach Coordinator to expand our network and connect families with the services they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential clients and generate leads.- Identify key decision-makers and establish valuable relationships.- Follow up with client organizations to ensure engagement and satisfaction.- Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams.- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities.- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and care.- Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.- Utilize online resources for prospecting and research.- Assist with new hire onboarding and training.- Drive business development by sponsoring events and networking.- Identify publication opportunities to enhance brand visibility.- Conduct cold calls, drop-ins, and targeted email/e-marketing campaigns.
