About The Role
- Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client's Adults, Health & Integration Service.
- This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to work within a progressive London Borough, managing complex cases and supporting the wider OT service.
- What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage a complex caseload within Adult Social Care
- Complete Care Act assessments and strengths-based interventions
- Undertake functional assessments within the community
- Provide recommendations for equipment, adaptations & moving/handling solutions
- Support hospital discharge pathways and urgent referrals
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT)
- Provide guidance/support to junior staff where required
- Maintain accurate and compliant case recording
Desirable
- Previous Senior OT experience
- Experience within a London Borough
- Background in integration / health partnerships
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- Strong experience within Adults Social Care
- Experience managing complex cases
Sound knowledge of
