Deli Assistant (Monday - Friday)

• Full Time Deli Assistant at SPAR Muine Bheag, Co. Carlow (Monday - Friday)
• We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Deli Assistant at SPAR Muine Bheag in Co. Carlow.
• Successful candidate must be available for morning shifts from 5.30am and have previous Deli experience.

The Role

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot meals
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Assist customers in selecting deli products and provide information on product offerings
• Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and fryers in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep the deli area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
