Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• -Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications
• -Be a hands-on contributor, especially for complex features or critical fixes
• -Mentor and support software engineers in their growth and development
• -Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to build impactful solutions
• -Enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
• -Architect full-stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js
• -Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
• -Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS
• -(Preferred) Integrate AI/ML features using Python
• -Stay current with modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations
• -5+ years of professional experience in software development
• -2+ years in a leadership or Tech Lead position
• -Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• -Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and scalable UI frameworks
• -Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• -Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• -Passion for mentoring, team empowerment, and hands-on coding
• -(Preferred) Working knowledge of Python for backend or AI/ML tasks
