HOKU is hiring an experienced cook to join our lunch and/or dinner team. Diploma or degree from culinary industry not required but prior work experience in a busy kitchen is needed for this position. Knowledge and experience from Asian cuisine is beneficial but not a must. We value positive attitude and ability to work in a team. Training for the job is provided and flexible working hours offered.
