Change Consultant

• Has organization change management experience in technology and non-technology transformation projects
• Experience in Stakeholder analysis & engagement, Change readiness assessment, Change impact analysis, Change action plan, Communication strategy and plan, Training strategy and plan, Program and Project Management, Organization restructuring, Business process re-engineering
• Able to Liaise with change team of the client to understand clients change management process
• Prepare detailed training plan and align with trainers/vendors and trainee units
• Prepare detailed communication plan for change including templates for communications
• Creation of Roll Out & Deployment plan
• Process feedback of training sessions for improvements
• Co-ordination and Communication esp. with senior stakeholders
• Responsible for leading and delivering end to end change management process for the client.
