Our mission is to achieve automated driving technology through data-driven development.

To be number one in the automated driving industry, agile software development is necessary.

In order to increase the speed and quality of software development, it is important to reproduce and validate the very many and complex traffic scenes that occur in the market.

The Production HILS Platform team uses agile development methods to develop simulations and utilize them to create a testing environment for automated driving software. If you want to develop automated driving systems at the forefront, come work with us!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for engineers who are passionate about developing automated driving systems and are excited to work with us to create a better future for mobility. Our day to day task is to develop and operate a tool chain that supports the test driven development of software for automated driving. Skills in modern software development and simulation environment building and solid experiences in developing Model, Software and Hardware In the Loop Simulator in developing real time systems are the essential prerequisite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, build up scheduling and onsite work operation for AD/ADAS HIL simulation test environments
• Clarifying requirements with test users, arranging test schedule and Kaizen activities
• Technical investigation or trials for improve development efficiency and test quality
• Work at our office 3days a week based on Woven’s hybrid work policy, communicating with team members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of professional experience in automotive software or simulation development
• Hardware skills enabling safe handling of electronic equipment
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both Japanese and English

NICE TO HAVES

• Professional experience in development of autonomous driving systems or HIL simulation systems
• Knowledge of simulator standards (OpenSimurationInterface, OpenScenario, OpenDrive)
• Knowledge of Image Engineering or Information/ Communication Engineering
• Agile development experience
• Experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Python, MATLAB simulink/Stateflow, OpenCV, JavaScript, etc
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural software development team using both Japanese and English
