Landscape Architect

Role Overview

• The Landscape Architect will support the design and delivery of landscape projects through design
• development, technical reviews, and site coordination. The role requires a balance of creative design capability and
• technical oversight, ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality, timelines, and Client expectations.
• The position reports directly to the Senior Landscape Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess design submissions and shop drawings prepared by contractors for compliance with project

requirements and design intent.

• Contribute to concept design development and assist in refining design solutions.
• Prepare and adjust landscape designs based on project needs, site conditions, and Client feedback.
• Ensure all design deliverables align with approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Manage and follow up on deliverables from the contractor’s technical team to ensure timely and accurate

submissions.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide site instructions, and verify that works are executed in

accordance with approved drawings.

• Approve completed works at site in coordination with the Senior Landscape Architect and project team.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and visual materials for Client meetings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support the Senior Landscape Architect in overall project design management and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

• . Master’s Degree +5 years’ experience

• Proven experience in landscape design and project coordination.
• Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Lumion, and/or SketchUp.
• Ability to review technical drawings and provide design solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to Clients.
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits and work in a dynamic project environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with contractor teams
