Cook Wanted – Japanese Izakaya Restaurant

• We are looking for a **skilled and motivated Cook** to join our Japanese izakaya restaurant in Helsinki.
• We are looking for someone who enjoys working with Japanese and broader East Asian cuisine and who can work efficiently in a busy restaurant kitchen.

• Previous experience working as a **cook** in a restaurant kitchen
• Good **chopstick skills** and familiarity with Japanese-style food preparation
• Experience with **East Asian cuisine**, including but not limited to: Japanes, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese
• Experience working in an **Asian restaurant or kitchen is a strong advantage**
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Good understanding of food hygiene, preparation, and kitchen safety
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Japanese language skills are **an advantage**
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
