Hours: 37 hours/week Job description Food Stall ApS is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations Supervise and coordinate staff Prepare staff schedules Ensure good customer service Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety Manage stock and supplier orders Train new employees Control daily operations and costs Requirements: Relevant restaurant management experience Good organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure English required; Danish is an advantage.
