Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing bar team
Oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience
Curate and maintain a premium cocktail menu aligned with current trends
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety regulations
Drive revenue through innovation, upselling, and exceptional service standards
The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a Bar Manager role within a high-end or fast-paced venue
Strong leadership presence with a passion for hospitality excellence
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and premium service standards
Commercially minded with strong organisational skills
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to quality
