About The Role

The job will consist of

Helping in the food preparation process.

Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.

Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.

Helping other Chefs.

Maintaining a clean working area.

Helping with deliveries and restocking

Helping with stock rotation.

Contributing to keeping kitchen and food safety standards.

Job Requirement

Specialising in: Chinese Cuisine Cooking

Minimum Experience Required (Years): 5 Years of Sous Chef

Languages: English A2-Elementary, Chinese B1-Intermediate Minimum Qualification: Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)

Ability Skills: Catering, Creativity
