Supply Chain Quality Manager (d/m/w) AIRBUS (Supply-Chain-Manager/in)

As a Supply Chain Quality Manager (d/m/w), you take responsibility for supply chain and quality topics within the Customer Service area in Hamburg Finkenwerder. In this position, the focus is on supplier performance, industrial readiness and the reliable execution of contract-related quality and delivery targets.

• Manage supplier quality and supply chain performance, ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery.
• Identify supplier risks and drive recovery, improvement, and mitigation plans.
• Support supplier selection and assessment during tender processes.
• Monitor New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) activities.
• Ensure supplier compliance with Airbus and EASA requirements.
• Support After Sales ramp-up activities and continuous supplier development.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Procurement, Quality Management, or Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 and project management methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in supplier recovery plans, After Sales, or the Airbus environment is an advantage.
