Windchill PLM Technical Lead – Hybrid in Guadalajara

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill PLM Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on leading development teams, implementing PLM solutions, and ensuring best practices in Windchill environments aligned with engineering and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of Windchill PLM applications.
• Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and best practices enforcement.
• Design, customize, and configure Windchill components such as PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Design and manage integrations with CAD, ERP, and custom systems.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
• Support data migration and system optimization initiatives.
• Work with development tools and version control systems.

Technical Skills Required

• 7+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development and support
• Strong experience with Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine)
• Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML
• Experience with Eclipse, Git/SVN, and DevOps tools (YAML)
• Experience with Oracle SQL and database queries
• Knowledge of CAD data management and Change Management processes
• Experience integrating Windchill with ERP (e.g., SAP) and CAD systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field

Advanced English

Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

Location & Schedule

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
