Senior Planner (Remote within the Philippines)

This role leads the planning and scheduling function across multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, contractual obligations, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish planning standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects
• Deliver high‑level schedule and progress reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and highlight opportunities for efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure integration and milestone achievement
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate policies
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications to be successful in the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
• 10–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced scheduling tools
• Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence executive decisions
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance detail and big‑picture objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team‑building capabilities
• Experience in large‑scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects

Working Conditions

• Part-time, on-call
• Travel when needed to different project sites
