Client Facing Role2) Plan, organize and manage day to day operations3) Monitor tasks, work schedules and monthly invoicing4) Set directions for the team, resolve any escalations by taking corrective action andprovide guidance to team members5) Maintaining liasoning with Duty Managers, EHS, Doctors, Paramedical staff andVendors6) Conducting regular audits of stock, registers, Medical Equipment etc.7) Training of New Joiners8) Joint Audit with Clients9) Indenting of Medicine and Equipment10) Responsible for managing Duty Roaster of all Mediclinic staffs11) Instilling Discipline in Mediclinic Staff12) 100% adherence to SOPs and SOWs.
