Role OverviewWe are looking for an academically grounded and innovation-driven Research Faculty member to joinour pedagogy and learning design team at ALLEN Digital. In this strategic individual contributor role,you will lead the development of research-backed educational content strategies that drive learneroutcomes and engagement. You will collaborate with SMEs, designers, and content creators to infusestorytelling, pedagogy, and real-world relevance into digital learning experiences. This role is ideal forexperienced educators and curriculum designers with a deep understanding of learner psychologyand tech-enabled instruction, seeking to influence the future of education in a fast-paced, impact-driven EdTech environment.

Job Responsibilities:● Design and lead research-backed, engaging educational content strategies.● Apply pedagogical principles and storytelling to complex subjects to improve learningoutcomes.● Integrate storytelling, real-world examples, and analogies into the learning plan.● Collaborate with SMEs, animators, presenters, and instructional designers to shapemultimedia content.● Integrate current trends in edtech, simulations, and learner engagement techniques.● Ensure all content is aligned with the relevant curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, etc).

● Review and optimize content through testing, learner feedback, and academic benchmarks.

What we are looking for

● 3–9 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or educationresearch.● Subject expertise in Science, Math, English, or Social Science.● Deep understanding of learner psychology, retention techniques, and tech-enhancedpedagogy.● Familiarity with storytelling, interactive content, and digital tools for education.● Strong analytical and collaborative skills, with attention to both academic rigor and learnerengagement.● Solid understanding of relevant AI tools and platforms, with the ability to use them forimproving productivity and creativity is essential.
