Overview本ポジションは、パブリックセクター組織において、大規模自治体アカウント（東京都、大阪府および都下の自治体）及び政府系金融機関など大規模アカウントについて事業戦略立案・実行を担うリーダー職です。対象のお客様に、AI・クラウド・データプラットフォームを活用したデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進し、日本社会の重要課題解決に貢献します。本職として、事業成長だけではなく、組織づくり、人材育成、お客様とのエグゼクティブリレーション構築をリードし、Public Sector Leadership Teamの一員として組織全体の戦略策定にも参画いただきます。ResponsibilitiesBusiness Leadership自治体・政府金融におけるビジネス戦略の策定および実行売上、Consumption、Copilot・AIビジネスを含む事業目標の達成中長期的な市場開拓戦略およびパイプラインの構築パートナーエコシステムを活用した事業拡大Customer & Industry Leadership首長・副知事・副市長・CIO・デジタル責任者・政府系金融などのエグゼクティブとの関係構築AI Transformation、Government Cloud、Data Platform、Cyber Securityを活用した顧客変革の推進Customer IQ、Industry AI Solutionを活用した業界課題解決の提案People LeadershipAccount Executive、Specialist、Technical Specialistなどの組織マネジメント次世代リーダーの育成および組織能力向上Inclusive Cultureの推進と高いEmployee Engagementの実現クロスファンクショナルチームとの連携強化Executive LeadershipPublic Sector Leadership Teamの一員として組織戦略立案に参画Public Sector全体の事業成長および変革プログラムの推進AI時代におけるMicrosoftのPublic Sector戦略を社内外へ発信QualificationsRequired ExperienceエンタープライズIT業界における15年以上の営業経験5年以上のPeople Manager経験大規模顧客に対する戦略営業経験年間事業計画の策定および実行経験経営層とのリレーション構築経験複数部門を横断したチームリーダーシップ経験Preferred Experience以下のいずれかの経験を有することが望ましい自治体、教育、規制産業分野での営業経験AI、Data & Analytics、Cloud Platform、Cyber Security領域の知識DX推進プロジェクトのリード経験グローバル企業でのマネジメント経験SIer、コンサルティングファーム、ソフトウェアベンダーでの勤務経験パートナービジネスの構築経験Leadership CapabilitiesStrategic ThinkingExecutive PresenceCustomer ObsessionCross-Organizational CollaborationChange LeadershipTalent DevelopmentGrowth MindsetEducation学士号以上MBAまたは同等のビジネス経験があれば尚可大規模アカウントのため本社との会話必須のためグローバルコミュニケーションにたけた方（日本語ネィティブ、英語ビジネスレベル以上） This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is <filled.Microsoft> is an equal opportunity employer.
