🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Specialist 📍 Tech Power Electronics Group Tunisia – Bizerte Join an international company specializing in the manufacturing of electronic components, including mini-transformers, inductors, capacitors, toroidal components, and electrical and electronic sub-assemblies. Vos missions 🎯 Your Role As a Customer Service Specialist , you will play a key role in managing customer relationships and monitoring orders, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: Receive, enter, and process customer orders Monitor customer forecasts and analyze demand variances Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure on-time deliveries Communicate with customers regarding order status and any potential delays Manage the order portfolio and monitor key performance indicators (OTD – On-Time Delivery) Update data in the ERP system and ensure its accuracy and reliability Anticipate potential risks and propose appropriate solutions Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, production, and finance Vos compétences Candidate Profile 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain) Electrical Engineer or a related electrical/electronics engineering field Good command of MS Office tools; experience with an ERP system is a plus (SAP is an advantage) Good level of English, both written and spoken Strong analytical and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset Avantages 🌟 Why Join Us?
