About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Administration Generalist to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and managing administrative functions efficiently. A strong background in personnel management, coupled with proficiency in handling general office tasks, is essential for this position. Tasks Human Resources Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while overseeing daily HR operations to ensure smooth workflows. Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and regulations; conduct training sessions on legal updates as necessary. Payroll Administration: Accurately calculate and manage employee salaries, overtime, and benefits in compliance with local standards. HR Documentation: Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle all documentation related to contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Administrative Support Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle indirect procurement for office supplies, equipment, tools, and general services. Travel Coordination: Arrange cost-effective travel and accommodation for employees and guests, balancing comfort with budget efficiency. Fleet Management: Supervise the maintenance, insurance, and readiness of company vehicles. Financial Administration: Process bills and coordinate payment requests via the iTalent system to ensure financial organization and timeliness. Logistics Support (Ad-hoc): Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments during peak times or staff absences, liaising with shipping companies and authorities to resolve issues promptly. Requirements Relevant Experience: Proven experience in HR and administrative management, with a solid understanding of daily operational workflows. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in both Hungarian and English is required. Key Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Benefits Competative salary: 700000-1000000HUF (yearly base salary) Additional benefits: Floating salary :2% monthly yearly bonus: 10% of the yearly salary commuting fee :30 HUF/km to employees who comes from other city/village to work.
