Full Time Lead Veterinarian

(Sole Charge Clinic) at Everton Park Vet Surgery!

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to take charge and make a lasting impact, all while enjoying a flexible 4-day roster (with just 2 Saturdays in 4!).

Key Responsibilities Include

• Coaching and leading your team to success
• Overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Delivering personalised and expert care to patients and owners
• Performing consults, routine surgeries, and handling all types of animals
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships
• Driving business development and seeking new opportunities for growth

About You

• You’ve got a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Veterinarian
• You're passionate about leading, inspiring, and supporting your team
• You excel at time management, organisation, and communication
• You have strong customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with clients
• You’re business-minded and always looking for ways to drive growth and improve processes
