What We're Looking For

• ✔️ 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• ✔️ Advanced English (written and spoken).
• ✔️ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• ✔️ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• ✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• ✔️ Experience with

ACCPAC

• is a plus.

What You'll Do

✅ Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.

✅ Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.

✅ Process invoices, employee expense reports, and supplier payments.

✅ Manage check and EFT payment runs.

✅ Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
