Job Summary

The Warehouse Technician

• is responsible for
• a variety of routine warehouse duties involving the receiving, unloading,
• inventory, storing, movement, and distribution of goods and materials at the Florence Copper site.
• This position
• plays a crucial role

in

• managing and maintaining the inventory
• and operations within the Florence Copper warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload goods and materials
• Update and maintain inventory records, conduct periodic cycle counts, and manage stock levels
• Process pick tickets and issue materials to
• departments
• in accordance with work orders

Communicate with

• other departments
• to notify of any possible delays

Safely

• operate
• warehouse equipment such as a forklift
• or other light equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with team members and vendors to ensure timely receipt and procurement of materials
• Other duties as needed

Minimum

Qualification

s

& Education

High school diploma or equivalent

2

• years’ experience
• in warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills

Experience

with

operating

a

• forklift
• and other light equipment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift certification
