The purpose of this job is
to weld fabricated pipe components; meeting product specifications and quality requirements by applying appropriate welding techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mig & Tig welding, preferably AWS certified

Ability to weld thin wall tube applications

Exp

Welding spare parts in various directions: flat, horizon
tal, vertical or overhead, etc.
Clamping, holding, tack-welding, heat-bending, bolting, or grinding spare parts as necessary to satisfy the technical

requirements

a welded final product
Control the processes of fitting, burning and welding to avoid problems in relation to overheat, distortion, expansion or shrink of parts
Examining finish
ed
products and spare parts to
verify that they meet specification requirements
Being in charge of preparing and setting up necessary tools and
equipment to weld
Work within a team environme

and train new welders as needed.
Good mechanical knowledge. Ability to read blue
print

Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Expected

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

Minimum of

Must be able to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures.
