  • Configure, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to specifications
  • .
  • Select, install, and align the correct punches and dies for each specific job
  • .
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, flat patterns, schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Perform first piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
  • Identify machine errors, calculate bend allowances, and make necessary digital or mechanical adjustments to correct dimensional deviations.
  • Perform daily routine maintenance on the press brake and tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area strictly adhering to 5S principles, OSHA regulations, and internal safety protocols.
  • Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.
