Quality Assurance Supervisor

GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supervision of

Food Safety and Quality (FSQA)

  • personnel, and quality programs, including the planning and implementation of the qu
  • ality management program on the assigned shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(HACCP and SSOP)

and procedures.

  • Recommends new quality policies and procedures as necessary to ensure high quality products, processes and services.

BASIC QUALILFICATIONS

Previous

  • upervisory experience required.
  • Previous experience in poultry
  • further processing or slaughter
  • preferred
  • Must have an understanding of USDA and OSHA regulations.
  • Must have proficient co
  • mputer skills such as
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • SAP experience preferred.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma/GED

  • required; Associates Degree
